Reality is subjective based on individual perception
Perception filters universal vibrations and creates subjective experience of reality

-The Self and Consciousness
The observer/self interfaces with forms/energies in each moment
Identification binds awareness to forms like thoughts and emotions
The formless self can embody any form through perception
Expanding awareness allows interfacing with higher realms/frequencies
The soul’s essence is the universal life force; it operates across dimensions

-Manifestation and the Physical World
Manifestation happens through an accumulation of focus on qualities of a particular direction. It is a building of momentum within until pressurized into a crystallized form materially
recognizing energy patterns in the present allows us to neutralize existing realities .
Perception activates forms and allows will to manifest intent
Gratitude increases perception which increases ability to manifest
Emotions like love and appreciation increase value of objects/realities
Repetition of attention and presence within an activity creates momentum
-Duality, Polarity and Balance
All existence involves tension between polarities like yin and yang
Mastery involves skill in both polar aspects of any dynamic
Balance involves skillful observation of polarities from a third point
Rigid identification limits awareness; flexibility allows new experiences
– Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding
Wisdom teachings provide forms for the formless self to reflect
Knowledge without understanding is incomplete
Understanding involves synthesizing knowledge from many perspectives
Life is an ongoing process of expanding perception and understanding
